FOOD TECHNOLOGY
Mission
The program trains "Food Technicians" who have the knowledge, skills, and competence to take the responsibilities in food safety.
Department Opportunities
Istanbul Aydın University Anadolu Bil Vocational School Food Technology Program has laboratory facilities for the students to consolidate the theoretical lessons learned in practice. Some chemical and microbiological food analyzes are made with basic glass materials and devices in food analysis laboratory and basic processes (dairy products, fruit and vegetable processing, cereal processing, table olive, jam, tomato paste and pickled vegetables) are done in food processing laboratory.

Graduates of the program, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Forestry Control Laboratory, Institute of Public Health, Municipalities, Provincial Health Directorates, food producing factories of Food Laboratories, a private food laboratories, all food businesses engaged in food production, food storage and packaging firms, food additives production and marketing firms, companies that manufacture food packaging, ready meals businesses, food production and sale of fast food companies who cover the areas of our graduates work.
