Aim
1To educate physician who have taken basic medical knowledge in the field of medicine, including the formation of diseases, causes, and treatments in medicine, high level of application skills, following innovations, questioning, focusing on lifelong learning, respectful of ethical rules and aware of their professional responsibilities,
2To educate physician who can diagnose the diseases of all the cells, tissues and organs and systems of the human body and plan treatment correctly.
3To educate physician who has high treatment planning skills through evidence-based medicine obtained with interdisciplinary collaborations.
4To educate physician who behaves in a way that will be beneficial to society and ethically and has principles of medical ethics through education of deontology and behavioral sciences.
5To educate physician who can do research that can provide new information and also has assimilated current medical knowledge.
Objectives
1To equip students with current theoretical and practical knowledge in medicine, and to compete with international colleagues,
2To train future scientists by encouraging pupils to be involved in continuous education and research activities; to strengthen the ability of pupils to evaluate the quality, reliability, and validity of their information;
3to prepare students for lifelong science and technology-oriented training,
4To strengthen the students' ability to make the differential diagnosis, preliminary diagnosis or definite diagnosis by associating the clinical examination and other diagnostic tests with findings in the patient's history with contemporary medical information.

AKTS, aynı zamanda, yükseköğretim kurumlarına, öğretim programları ve ders içeriklerinin iş yüküne bağlı olarak kolay anlaşılabilir bir yapıda tasarlanması, uygulanması, gözden geçirilmesi, iyileştirilmesi ve bu sayede yükseköğretim programlarının kalitesinin geliştirilmesine ve kalite güvencesine önemli katkı sağlayan bir sistematik yaklaşım sunmaktadır. ETIS : İstanbul Aydın University Education & Training System Istanbul Aydin University ECTS Information Package ECTS Information Package European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) which was introduced by the European Council in 1989, within the framework of Erasmus, now part of the Life Long Learning Programme, is a student-centered credit system based on the student workload required to achieve the objectives of a programme specified in terms of learning outcomes and competences to be acquired. The implementation of ECTS has, since its introduction, has been found wide acceptance in the higher education systems across the European Countries and become a credit system and an indispensable tool supporting major aims of the Bologna Process and, thus, of European Higher Education Area as it makes teaching and learning in higher education more transparent across Europe and facilitates the recognition of all studies. The system allows for the transfer of learning experiences between different institutions, greater student mobility and more flexible routes to gain degrees. It also offers a systematic approach to curriculum design as well as quality assessment and improvement and, thus, quality assurance.
