Today, one of the most widely spread field of use of the Information Technologies is education/training. Especially, computer-based training, e-learning, etc. are becoming widespread applications. There are two main reasons for this expansion. The first is the classical training/instructional methods due to the increasing population education/training, it is necessary to satisfy the demand in full because of its increasing cost. The second reason is the rapid development of Information Technologies, especially with multi-media opportunities to consolidate learning and data to communicate in a positive manner. All of these developments add to the positive contributions of computer based approaches. Thus, teachers' self-learning on how we may use Information Technologies along with its products must be improved by Information Technology-supported learning applications in order to develop the education facilities of our country.
